Every project is customized according to its goals, production needs, and budget.

Absolutely! We in the future we will capture music video footage ranging from simple performance visuals to larger productions with multiple scenes and locations.

Your base booking covers the shoot and raw footage delivery. Editing, creative direction, styling, concept development, and advanced production planning are paid add-ons or may be included in a custom package.

Photography sessions currently start at $100, and video production will start at $150.

Your base price covers the shoot and delivery of your raw, unedited photos or footage. Editing, creative direction, travel, additional locations, special equipment, and advanced production needs are separate paid add-ons.

You will receive a written quote explaining exactly what is included before paying your deposit.

Your written proposal will identify:

All clients receive their raw, unedited content from the shoot. Editing and creative direction are not automatically included.

Editing is a separate paid add-on.

You may add photo editing, video editing, color grading, retouching, music-video edits, reels, short-form edits, or other post-production services to your project.

If editing is selected, your package will explain the finished deliverables, revision allowance, and estimated delivery timeline.

Cinematography will start at $150 for a simplified video shoot.

Your booking includes the shoot and all raw, unedited footage captured during your session. Editing is not included and can be added separately based on the type of final video you want.

The final price may change based on shoot length, locations, travel, creative direction, special equipment, and production needs.

Yes creative direction is a separate paid service.

We can help develop your visual direction, locations, wardrobe ideas, shot list, references, and overall aesthetic. This is for clients who need help turning an idea into a complete creative plan.

Creative direction must be selected before production and will be priced based on the level of planning and development your project needs.

You may request changes to your concept, outfits, or direction at least 48 hours before your shoot. Changes may affect your price or production plan.

You may transfer your deposit to one new date by requesting a reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the shoot require a new deposit. Genuine emergencies will be reviewed individually.

Only one reschedule is allowed per booking. Missing or rescheduling the replacement date requires a new deposit.

Small groups of up to five people—including the client, models, and guests—are welcome when approved before the shoot.

Please do not arrive with unexpected guests, as additional people can disrupt the production.

Productions involving more than five people require a custom quote for the additional planning, space, and production management.

Raw, unedited photos and footage are delivered the same business day as your shoot.

If you add editing to your project, finished content is typically delivered within 3–5 business days after your shoot.

Larger productions, music videos, and custom edits may require additional turnaround time. Your exact delivery timeline will always be outlined in your project quote before production begins.

Need it faster? Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

RUSH DELIVERY

For photo projects:

4 edited photos — $50
8 edited photos — $100

For video projects, rush pricing varies depending on the length, complexity, and editing requirements of the project.

Rush delivery is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

All deposits are non-refundable because they reserve a specific date and time on our production calendar.

Your deposit may be transferred to one new date when you follow our rescheduling policy. A second reschedule requires a new deposit.

Payments for completed shoots, editing, creative direction, or other completed services are non-refundable.

If Biscuit Head House must cancel and cannot provide a suitable replacement date, you may choose a priority reschedule or receive a refund for services that were not provided.

Yes! Every client receives all of their raw, unedited photos and/or footage from their session.

Raw files are straight from the camera and do not include color correction, retouching, effects, cuts, transitions, or the finished Biscuit Head House look.

Your booking time is fixed. If your shoot is scheduled for 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and you arrive at 2:30 PM, your shoot still ends exactly at 3:00 PM.

• We do not extend session times for late arrivals, as it delays our schedule for the rest of the day.

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may result in an automatic cancellation of your session and forfeiture of your deposit.

Your agreement will explain the usage rights included with the project.

Biscuit Head House may display completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials unless a different written arrangement is approved before production.

Advertising campaigns, resale, exclusive ownership, or transferring content to another company may require expanded licensing.

Your proposal will explain which production responsibilities belong to Biscuit Head House and which belong to the client.

Location fees, permits, travel, props, wardrobe, models, specialty equipment, and other third-party costs are not included unless specifically listed in your quote.
