🔄 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact Biscuit Head House as soon as possible.

  • 48 hours or more before your session: You may transfer your deposit to one new date. If you cancel, payments made above the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.

  • 24–47 hours before your session: You may request one reschedule. No refunds will be issued, but your deposit may be transferred to the replacement date.

  • Less than 24 hours before your session: No refunds will be issued, and a new deposit will be required to book another date.

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows: All payments are non-refundable, and a new booking and deposit will be required.

Only one reschedule is permitted per booking. Rescheduling the replacement date requires a new deposit.
