If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

  • 48+ hours notice: No penalty — you can reschedule or receive a full refund.

  • 24 hours notice: You’ll receive a 50% refund of your booking.

  • Same-day cancellations/no-shows: No refund will be issued.
